Make or Change Your Benefits Elections
We offer choice to meet the unique needs of our varied workforce. Your role is to evaluate the options available to you, consider your upcoming needs, and make the decisions that are right for you and your family.
Some benefits are automatic, while others require you to actively enroll, either within 30 days of hire date, during the next annual enrollment period, with a life change event, or in some cases, at any time. See the Benefits Guide on the enrollment site for more information. In general, most benefits elections made during annual enrollment remain in effect for the full calendar year, unless you have a qualifying life change event.
How to Enroll
If you’re enrolling for the first time, follow these steps:
Once you’ve reviewed your options and are ready to enroll, visit the enrollment site. If you’re not on the L3Harris network, go to benefits.l3harris.com.
Follow the prompts to enter your election for each benefit plan. Be sure to include each dependent you wish to cover under each plan.
Make your beneficiary designations for the life and accident insurance plans. (Beneficiaries for the 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan and Health Savings Account must be designated separately through Fidelity.)
Finalize your enrollment and use the print button to save for your records.
Look for an Enrollment Confirmation Statement to arrive by email link after enrollment ends. Review your confirmation statement carefully, ensuring that the plans you selected are correct, all dependents have been added and your beneficiaries are correctly named. If anything is inaccurate, contact the Enrollment Center immediately.
How to Make Mid-Year Changes
If you have a qualifying life change event (e.g., marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child), you can make a mid-year benefit change consistent with the event. In addition, you can make changes to some benefits (e.g., change your HSA contribution election, elect LTD coverage, increase supplemental life or AD&D coverage, etc.) at any time throughout the year. Note certain rules may apply outside of the annual enrollment window.

Choose Change Your Coverage from the top navigation.
Choose the appropriate life event.
Follow the prompts to make your election.
Finalize your enrollment and use the print button to save for your records.
