Total Rewards at L3Harris

Our Total Rewards program is designed to motivate our employees by recognizing performance and overall contributions to the organization, while also offering opportunities to develop skills, maximize potential and advance careers.

There are six key ways we compensate employees directly and indirectly, each representing a major investment in you as a member of the L3Harris team:

  • Pay: Competitive base salary and annual incentives, as appropriate, tied to a pay-for-performance philosophy
  • Benefits: Full range of health and welfare, retirement, and other benefits programs
  • Work/life: Programs designed to support you on and off the job
  • Recognition: Programs to acknowledge your special efforts at work
  • Development: Internal and external training and educational opportunities
  • Career opportunities: Rotational job opportunities, job transfers, promotions and more

Benefits You Can Depend On

As a full-time or part-time L3Harris employee working 20 or more hours per week, you are eligible for our world-class, comprehensive benefits program on your first day of work. In addition to the core benefits provided by L3Harris, you also can enroll in a variety of optional benefits. Review the New Hire Guide and New Hire Video on the enrollment site for more information about your L3Harris benefits before you enroll.

Provider Networks
Medical. The L3Harris medical plans are provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield. To check the network before you enroll, use Blue Cross Blue Shield’s Find a Doctor tool. Choose In the United States, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands, then follow the prompts and use the assigned alpha prefix to search for in-network providers in your state:

  • Any state not listed below — HFD
  • District of Columbia (DC) — HAC
  • Georgia — HGB
  • Maryland — HAC
  • New Hampshire — HAN
  • New Jersey — HNB
  • Oklahoma — HKX
  • Virginia — HAC
  • Utah*
    – HDHP 1, HDHP 2 and THP (Non-Intermountain Network) — HFD
    – HDHP 1 and HDHP 2 Intermountain Only — HUA

* Utah Residents: If you reside in Utah, you have two network options. See the New Hire Guide on the enrollment site for more information.

Pharmacy. All L3Harris medical plans use the same CapitalRx pharmacy network and formulary. Visit Capital Rx to find a network pharmacy or review the formulary of covered medications.

Dental. The L3Harris dental plans are provided by Cigna. To check the network before you enroll, use Cigna’s directory. For the Dental 1 and Dental 2 PPO plans, choose the Total Cigna DPPO network. For the DHMO plan, choose the Cigna Dental Care Access Plus network.

Vision. The L3Harris vision plans are provided by MetLife through the VSP Choice network. To check the network before you enroll, use MetLife’s Find a Vision Provider tool.

ID Cards

Medical/Pharmacy. Your Blue Cross Blue Shield ID card works for both medical and pharmacy coverage. It will show the L3Harris employee’s name only but will work for all enrolled dependents. The number of ID cards you receive depends on the coverage tier you elected: one card for employee only coverage, two cards for employee + spouse or employee + child(ren) coverage, and four cards for employee + family coverage. You can request additional cards through Accolade.

Dental. There are no physical ID cards for Dental 1 or Dental 2. If you enroll in the DHMO, a dental ID card will be mailed to your home. Digital ID cards for all dental plans are available on myCigna.com, where you can also add the card to your Apple Wallet.

Vision. There is no MetLife Vision Plan ID card. Simply identify yourself as a plan participant when you visit your in-network vision provider, and the provider can look up your coverage and plan details.
